Beginner Fat Loss Workouts That You Can Do At Home Easily!

Can four weeks of exercise make a difference? YES! Building muscle and losing fat takes consistent effort over time, but in four weeks YOU WILL SEE:

A set of dumbbells. Most daily workouts require a set of weights. Each weight training session has a recommended weight, usually between 5-15 pounds. Remember that muscle growth occurs when you lift heavy weights.

Full equipment? You need almost nada here. All you need is 30 minutes in the morning and a willingness to try something you’ve never done before. Because the benefits are huge.

If you want to add more exercise to your daily routine, not only to improve your physical and mental health, but because you also want to lose weight, you need to change your diet.

Trust me, I’ve tried to lose weight with a ton of exercise and it won’t work without changing my diet. A high-intensity 40-minute workout somehow didn’t cancel out the two snickers I ate afterward. Okay figure.

You eat every day. As a general rule, you should cut down on processed foods and sugar, start eating more real whole foods, drink more water and stop overeating.

Exercise for 20-30 minutes every morning or whenever you have time. You’ll try pilates, barre, yoga and cardio and even have an active rest day. If you want, do the yoga routine again that day.

This workout plan is low-key and suitable for beginners. For women who may have exercised in the past but have stopped and need to regain strength.

The good thing about this plan is that you can do these exercises at home whenever you have time. You don’t need a gym membership, you don’t need fancy clothes or even washing your hair. Ok, wash up if you want.

Try this workout plan for a week and see how you feel. If you feel good about it and find it challenging, try another week. If you don’t like every exercise in this routine, do the ones you like more often and skip the ones you don’t.

We’ve worked out our abs and burned some fat, now it’s time to tone up those legs and butt with this great barre workout on the FitnessBlender. You’ll also need a chair to hold onto, but this exercise is perfectly fine. I recently discovered barre and love it! It feels like standing pilates to me.
