Steve Cook is an IFBB certified athlete who has featured in the Men’s Bodybuilding and Athletics Championships over the years, his most famous competition being the 2013 and 2014 Olympia Showdowns.

Steve’s main sponsor is Best Foods, but he also promotes other things such as the gym company Gymshark.
Currently a contributing writer for Bodybuilding.com, Steve started with Bodybuilding.com in 2010 when he won the site’s Bodybuilding Contest, which really started his career.
Since then, Steve has appeared on many posters for popular magazines such as Muscle and Fitness and Iron Man.
He is also known for his popular YouTube channel Steve Cook Health/Swoldiernation, which currently has over 540,000 subscribers.
A Single Man
As the middle child of 7, born to a father who worked as a coach and athletics director, Steve mentioned earlier that his father was a big influence on him to become an athlete and compete at a young age.
Because of this attitude and discipline he played American football in his school and held many weightlifting records in the school gym, some of which are still there.
After getting married early, Steve returned to his health and well-being after his divorce, which usually ended his marriage to his wife at the time.
Steve is feeling great over the summer and explains how weight training and a clean diet helped him overcome his struggles.

To begin this fitness journey, Steve began researching weight training through videos and books and found lifting to be a great way to take his mind off his pending divorce.
He created his Bodyspace account on Bodybuilding.com to see others on their muscle building journey and give himself the motivation he needed to push himself forward.
Therefore, Steve contacted a local bodybuilder who put him through an 8 week training program at his local gym.
Steve then takes action and wins the class! It made him feel like a “new man” and he believes that training and preparing for the competition gave him the confidence to do everything.

He participated in two other competitions and won one and came second in another while earning his IFBB Pro card.
Not wanting to forget that he enjoyed his studies in health science and fitness, Steve focused on his studies for a while, getting the best grades of his life.
Steve described it as a life changer, being able to be the spokesperson for a website that changed his life was Steve’s dream.
Steve is an icon in the fitness industry, one of the most recognizable faces out there.

Steve travels all over the world, mainly with his sponsor Best Nutrition, attending shows and fan events all over the world, giving tips and advice along the way. , taking thousands of selfies!!
As you can see below Steve has competed in a record nine events including bodybuilding and Men’s Body. He was one of the founders of the Men’s Physique division and became one of the first IFBB professionals of the division.
Steve’s biggest competitions were the 2013 and 2014 Men’s Athletics Championships. His best finish was 4th. However, Steve won many other championships throughout his career which are listed below.

Recently, she published an old photo on her Twitter page where she was preparing to enter a competition, where she asked her fans which group she should enter.
He has very developed legs so we think Steve could fit in well in the classical Physics department, but only time will tell if Steve decides to attend.

For a little background, Steve Cook’s Big Man on Campus program is one of the most popular diet and exercise programs on the internet for college students.
In fact, many of the things recommended in this program are based on some science that doesn’t have much evidence to support it.

If you are genetically predisposed or find it nearly impossible to build any muscle, bodybuilding is the game. For anyone who thinks it will take two weeks or months to get into peak mode, hate to burst the bubble, but that will not be the case. Most of the time you will struggle to see results every step of the way and this is the point. It’s not the end result you’re looking for, it’s all a journey.
Top professional athletes understand that they have to make sacrifices to get in good shape. You wouldn’t expect it to be better right out of the gate. One of the best competitors in men’s gymnastics, Steve Cook, is a man who understands that to achieve change you need to challenge yourself, and be patient.
