Workout Warehouse Gains A Client Who Prepays

Workout Warehouse Gains A Client Who Prepays – I’m on a journey – a kind of pilgrimage – that will take us from Santiago to Puerto Natales, to Majestics Torres del Paine rising majestically from the golden pampas, then to the Punta Canas and the Strait of Magellan – within spitting distance. from Antarctica – yes it was cold!… the most southerly I have ever been…

Still, the situation is dire in Patagonia – the magical wild land that stretches from Argentina in the east to Chile in the west – and the forests of the Nire are already starting to turn a shocking red. As the sun begins to light up the sky and I rise I put the sea paint on the high peaks around us – still sitting comfortably in my soft dome tent – and carry my last 25 liter Osprey with a KT belt, blister patches, Performance. Tea tolerance and a handful of motrin – just in case.

This will be the longest hike I’ve done in decades – and it’s coming right after a 1,500-foot hike and a 3-mile round trip that seems to be improving my ATVs.

But I’m ready. I prepared myself – and with the amazing help of the TD staff, I’m doing it on my two knees – now I can do 12-18 inches long and low – proud calves – and a well-trained core.

About two years ago I asked Tim if TD could help – if possible – because my wobbly knees were better suited for trash than carrying me to the most beautiful mountains south of the Andes…. Jess started the program step by step and helped my body prepare for the stress – Sara corrected me when I was doing crazy things – like trying to learn to ski in mid-January – because it seemed like enough preparation mentally, emotionally and physically. ..

And the rest of the staff and other key members of the team always supported me with great warmth and great care – I would carry you with me – you would be in my heart – every step of the Torres route – the rocks, the steepness. , a winding and magical path through an ancient moraine. And be with me too in the future – cycling, walking more, horse riding and rowing in the Strait…. I feel safe in my body – I can go on – and I’m safe to go home in one piece – and I’m full of gratitude for you.

This journey, this journey, this pilgrimage would not have been possible without you. Thank you with all my heart. Thank you. Thank you!

Mark I haven’t been to the gym in about 15 years. I had to find time in my schedule and commit to training. I cannot stress how helpful the staff at TD Athletes Edge was. It is a dedicated, focused and caring team. I have been working there for 5 months, now twice a week. The software (the software is updated every month) that they developed relieved all my pain. I feel very good physically. My arm is 90% better and I don’t recognize it anymore. Same with my tennis elbow. The chronic pain in the right thigh disappeared completely. If it feels tight, now I know what to do to loosen it properly.

Liz I started a new life journey just before joining TD Athletes Edge. When I was first introduced to the gym, my main goal was to lose weight and get back into regular exercise. I have always struggled with my weight and have always felt overwhelmed and uncomfortable in the gym environment and keeping myself motivated despite being an athlete my whole life. I was always looking for excuses or letting minor injuries stop my progress. From day one, I knew TD Athletes Edge was not just your average gym. It is the friendliest, inclusive, supportive and positive fitness environment I have ever been to. It is encouraging to cheer not only for the coaches, but also for the other participants as they push the sled, run, or do challenging exercises. When I injured my knee outside of the gym, Jess and the team worked hard to change my rehabilitation programs and strengthen my knee. I am very grateful for the effort and focus put into my programs to ensure that my knee continues to improve. Although my weight loss has been steady since I first joined TD Athletes in my life, I have come to the conclusion that weight loss is not necessarily the most important goal to aim for. I have found a new love and appreciation for fitness in my life and I know it would not have been possible without the amazing team at TD Athletes Edge!

Brian My original goal when I started was to find relief for the knee pain that had developed in my left knee. I love to exercise and have been doing it often for 15 years. I run half marathons, power train regularly and I like to motivate myself. Once I started having pain in my knee, it started to limit the things I like to do. I was very confused. I saw two different physical therapists and had no luck with them fixing my pain. I couldn’t do the things I loved anymore. I couldn’t do squats, lunges, deadlifts or even jump. Just squatting down with 25 pounds hurt my knee. My main goal when I first spoke with Tim was to heal my knee pain and get back to the things I enjoyed doing. I can’t believe I can do squats without pain anymore. I really thought I would never do it again. Seeing two PTs before seeing Tim made me feel like the pain would never go away. Under Tim’s guidance, I squat heavy weights, deadlift, breathe, and jump without pain! Thanks guys.

Jim My reason for coming to TD Athletes Edge was very specific – to (hopefully) find a training solution that would get me back on the tennis court, consistently and competitively. I played tennis in college and for many years after I had a torn ACL. The knee brace and staying in shape was enough to keep me on the court for a while. But over the years the wear and tear on my knee led to a constant combination of Synvisc, Orthovisc and cortisone injections to try and keep playing. As my mobility on the court weakened, calf strains and other nagging injuries became frustrating, frequent occurrences. Injections, exercise, various supplements…no matter what I tried, I couldn’t stop – or even slow down – the decline. With a thoughtful, progressive plan tailored to my challenges, my training with TD Athletes Edge has had more impact than I ever imagined. When I started I would be happy to get rid of calf problems and move a little better. But with exercises that have isolated and strengthened my weak areas and improved my overall strength and conditioning, I can move and play at a level I thought I would never experience again. And without the need for all needles.

Tracy My goal was to work on my strengths to prevent injury and if possible help me deal with my “injuries” or issues that bother me. As an endurance athlete, I put my body at such risk that I need to focus on other things besides swimming, cycling and running to continue doing this sport that I love. While injuries came and went, I had a heel/Achilles problem that prevented me from running, constant hamstring problems and sciatica that were annoying and uncomfortable. But the biggest obstacle was not knowing what to do or even where to start and also not to cause more problems! Tim’s experience in PT was one of the things that attracted me to TDAE. Then seeing how skilled the rest of the staff were, I knew I was working with great people. The encouragement of the staff is amazing, they make me feel invincible…and more than that, they feel like family. I was amazed at how easy this program was, and between that and strength training I lost almost 10 pounds 12 inches. I feel amazing! I see the benefits of increased strength in endurance training. I love the change in my body shape, I’m lean and strong and I’m seeing muscles I never knew I had! I love the change in the fit of my clothes, although now I have to buy a size smaller! I feel more confident and feel better about my appearance.

Sarah My goal was to reduce hip pain and
