Ingus Brīnums (Latvija) Dmitrijs Širjajevs the following regulations (“Regulations”) of the Academy Street Workout World Cup 2018 (“Academy World Cup 2018”) competitions are made by the World Street Workout & Calisthenic Federation (“Federation”) In collaboration with its member organizations. These regulations are intended for organizations and individuals who organize each stage (each of them – “Stage”) of the Academy World Cup 2018 (“Organizers”) and street exercise athletes who wish to apply and participate (“Applicants”) and actually participate (“participants”) at any stage of the Academy World Cup 2018. These regulations are intended only for the use of addresses to ensure the organization of the Academy World Cup 2018. 2.1. It is logical that there should be a limit on the number of participants who will participate in each stage of the Academy World Cup 2018, because the organizers should be able to organize the event at a time when the audience has a constant interest in competition.

2.2. So the optimal number of participants in each Stage of the Academy World Cup 2018 is sixteen (16).
2.3. The maximum number of participants allowed to participate in each Stage of the Academy World Cup 2018 is twenty-five (25).
3.1. Athletes from all over the world are allowed to apply and participate in any stage of the Academy World Cup 2018. Applicants must have legal rights to travel and enter the organizing country.
3.2. In order to maintain the interest of local spectators about the event, the organizers of each stage can choose local athletes – 30% or more of the total number of participants.
Results Of Street Workout World Cup 2015 Stage In Hong Kong
3.3. A stage can be recognized as a valid stage of the Academy World Cup 2018, if the number of local athletes participating does not exceed 80% of the total number of participants on the stage.
3.4. Local athletes participating in a stage must be selected as a target by the stage organizer; The selection should not be based on personal interests, favors or any other privileges. Athletes must be selected based on past achievements and championship results, guaranteeing that the strongest athletes will participate.
3.5. Applicants with no previous experience in street exercise competitions have the opportunity to apply by participating in a video competition:
3.5.1. To apply each applicant must send a two (2) minute video to the Federation e-mail address: office@. The Federation will then forward the video application to the appropriate organizer.

3.5.2. The number of participants that can be selected in the video contest for an episode of the Academy World Cup 2018 is not limited (except as stated in clause 2.3 above).
3.5.3. The participants will be selected depending on the quality of their performance in the submitted videos, which will give the opportunity to young, very talented but inexperienced athletes to show their abilities in the international arena.
3.6. Other international participants for each stage of the Academy World Cup 2018 will be carefully selected by the particular organizer with the help of the federation if necessary.
3.7. Participants will be selected largely based on their popularity and achievements; Athletes with previous achievements in street exercise, as well as those who can financially cover their travel, living and other expenses (with personal or sponsor/supporter funds) are preferred.
Hong Kong Street Workout Freestyle Championship
4.1. The Academy World Cup 2018 is organized with limited financial resources and thus travel, accommodation and other expenses for the participants will not be covered. It is considered that in order to attract future financial supporters, every stage of the Academy World Cup 2018 should be beautiful and luxurious in terms of the performance of the athletes and the best athletes from all over the world will be able to participate.
4.2. The organizers and the federation will not respond to any letters or applications if they do not contain properly made application videos.
4.3. The selection of participants by evaluating the application videos at each stage of the Academy World Cup 2018 is not only for the selection of participants, but also gives young athletes the opportunity to show what they can do . Applicants must be strong athletes with a serious attitude towards street sports workouts and have sufficient financial resources to cover their personal participation costs.
4.4.3. The video must be filmed in one piece and must show the continuous performance of the applicant. Video editing and/or combining multiple pieces of video is prohibited.

4.6. Complying with all video application requirements does not mean that the applicant will participate in any stages of the Academy World Cup 2018. The organizers will evaluate each video application, but the final decisions will be made by the organizer, considering their financial resources.
